Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are deported from London to the house of an eccentric professor during World War II. They find life in the house extremely dull, until Lucy discovers a wardrobe that leads to a magical world called Narnia, where animals can talk and all are ruled over by the wise and benevolent lion Aslan. The others don’t believe her at first, but soon all of them go through the wardrobe and discover all is not well in Narnia. The land is being kept in a perpetual winter by the evil White Witch, Jadis, who turns anyone who doesn’t obey her into stone. The children join Aslan and the animals loyal to him in an attempt to vanquish Jadis.

Har läst några av böckerna för länge sedan och sett den gamla filmen. Mindes inte allt som skulle ske, men en del kom tillbaka allt eftersom. Tycker inte filmen var så speciell, en hel del dåliga effekter vilket jag inte var beredd på. Men som barnfilm tror jag den är riktigt bra.

Ever since, the forces of light govern the day while the night belongs to their dark opponents. In modern day Moscow the dark Others actually roam the night as vampires while a “Night Watch” of light forces, among them Anton, the movie’s protagonist, try to control them and limit their outrage.

Trodde denna skulle vara riktigt bra efter allt man hört. Men tycker inte den var så bra. Det var himla kul att se en rysk film, den var snyggt gjord, men storyn var ingen höjdare, jag som gillar vampyrfilmer.

When a young man agrees to housesit for his boss, he thinks it’ll be the perfect opportunity to get close to the woman he desperately has a crush on - his boss’s daughter. But he doesn’t plan on the long line of other houseguests that try to keep him from his mission. And he also has to deal with the daughter’s older brother, who’s on the run from local drug dealers.

Neah, jag älskar filmer där folk gör bort sig. Men ibland blir det bara för mycket. Att sedan försöka blanda ihop allt med en kärlekshistoria, då rinner bägaren över. Den är lika dålig som Ashton Kutchers andra film Just Married.

But things really heat up when a masked gang pilfer the contents of an armored car, and before long the mob, a crazed TV producer, the FBI and a terminally ill child have all got caught up in the crazy situation.

Mycket härlig färgsättning av filmen. Även härligt med lite grynighet. Snyggt filmad. Massor med bra skådisar dyker upp här och var. Till och med lite folk från 90210
Ibland är det riktigt svårt att sätta betyg. Vet inte om det är en svag fyra eller en stark trea. Men efter att tittat igeom vd för filmer som tidigare fått fyror, blir det en stark trea.

Lulu Wong (Michelle Yeoh) lives two lives. The first is as a much-idolised rock star and philanthropist, while the second is to fight injustice as a super heroine known as the Silver Hawk. She teams up with police detective Richman (Richie Ren) in order to stop the Wolfe (Luke Goss) who plans to use a special mobile phone microchip in order to broadcast subliminal messages to mobile users.

Kul att se en asiatisk superhjälte, eller ja, superhjältinna. Som vanligt i asiatiska filmer är fightingscenerna superba. Annars var väl filmen som de flesta andra superhjältefilmerna, medioker.

Nu börjar jag förstå varför Uwe Boll har så dåligt rykte kring sitt filmskapande. Denna var riktigt usel. Fattar inte varför Michael Madsen eller Ben Kingsley ställde upp. Det enda som ger den lite plus var att den var hyffsat blodig

The story centers on Aeon Flux(Theron), the top operative in the underground ‘Monican’ rebellion, led by The Handler(Frances McDormand). When Aeon is sent on a mission to kill a government leader, she uncovers a world of secrets…

Neah, den var väl sådär. Snygga framtidslandskap. Men annars var väl inte filmen mycket att hänga i granen. En svag 3:a blir det. Det betyget blir det tack vare den lilla “twisten” som finns i filmen.

Three odd-ball scientists get kicked out of their cushy positions at a university in New York City where they studied the occult. They decide to set up shop in an old firehouse and become Ghostbusters, trapping pesky ghosts, spirits, haunts, and poltergeists for money. They wise-crack their way through the city, and stumble upon a gateway to another dimension, one which will release untold evil upon the city. The Ghostbusters are called on to save the Big Apple.

Underbar! Vilka känslor man får när man ser en så här härlig gammal film, som man såg som ung. Den är ju kult!

Little Red Riding Hood: A classic story, but there’s more to every tale than meets the eye. Before you judge a book by its cover, you’ve got to flip through the pages. For this story, we begin at the end. Furry and feathered cops from the animal world investigate a domestic disturbance at Granny’s cottage, involving a girl, a wolf, and an axe. The charges are many: breaking and entering, disturbing the peace, intent to eat, and wielding an axe without a license. Not to mention, this case might be tied to the elusive “Goody Bandit” who has been stealing the recipes of goody shops everywhere.

Denna var inte riktigt vad jag hade förväntat mig. Tror jag blev lite lurad då den är datoranimerad, så jag trodde den skulle vara i klass med Shrek. Men så bra är den inte. Varken animeringarna eller historien når upp i samma klass. Men det är ändå en riktigt kul vinkling på en gammal hederlig saga.

Ex-Special Forces operator Frank Martin (Jason Statham) lives what seems to be a quiet life along the French Mediterranean, hiring himself out as a mercenary “transporter” who moves goods - human or otherwise - from one place to another. No questions asked. Frank’s newest transport seems no different from the countless ones he’s done in the past. He has been hired by an American known only as “Wall Street” (see Rule Two) to make a delivery, but when Frank stops along route, he notices his “package” is moving. Violating his own personal rules, Frank looks inside the bag, finding its contents to be a beautiful, gagged woman.

Många gånger har man kvar i huvudet att filmen var bättre sist man såg den. Samma gäller även här. Men the Transporter är i mitt tycke precis så som en popcornrulle ska vara. Actionscenerna i den är fortfarande spectakulära och Jason Statham regerar, han är ju bara så kall. Bara fighten i bussgaraget var värt köpet av den tyska collectors boxen DTS 6.1 gör ju inte filmen sämre
