From writer/director Stephen Gaghan, winner of the Best Screenplay Academy Award for Traffic, comes Syriana, a political thriller that unfolds against the intrigue of the global oil industry. Jag har för mig att jag i något tidigare inlägg klagat på hur en del asiatiska filmer är upplagda, att det inte riktigt klipper filmer så att vi västerlänningar hänger med. Jag var förberedd på att detta skulle vara en rörig film, då det för det första är en film om amerikansk politik (kan det bli rörigare?) och för det andra är det en film av samma person som skrev Traffic, vilket också är en ganska rörig film. Den känns väldigt rörig och jag och flickvännen hade en kort diskussion efter filmen för att reda ut dom frågetecken vi hade, även om en del konstigheter till slut reds ut. Dock det är en ganska så upplysande film, som är värd att ses.
